Biography of the Author Tessa Gottschal is a naturopathic practitioner. Her main areas of work are energy therapy and counselling techniques. Part of her training is a six-year course in healing and self-healing, meditation training, various refresher courses, including at Rino (Nascholing en opleiding GGZ) and at the Psychiatric Centre Zon en Schild in Amersfoort, with many years of self-education in addition. She wrote several books, some co-authored with Marijke de Waal Malefijt. And published various meditation CDs.
